1. Introduction

The terms and conditions mentioned below represent the contract between users of 7alaqah services (the user, organization, person, you, or what you represent) and 7alaqah Company.

2. Use of services

You may use our Services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving such services under the laws of the United States or other jurisdictions. In order to access our services, you are required to provide information as part of the registration process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for all content in your account. You agree to notify 7alaqah immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 7alaqah will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate information or to maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for the actions of all users of your account and any data created, stored, displayed or transmitted by your account while using 7alaqah. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the 7alaqah Services or networks connected to 7alaqah.

3. Registration requests and receiving user account

  • The e-mail used by applicants for 7alaqah services is the official means of communication with the user. The applicant agrees to use the e-mail to verify and agree to the terms and conditions as well as all information related to the user.
  • All fields of the registration form must be filled out and all required documents must be attached before the application is approved.
  • All information sent by the Customer to 7alaqah in any kind of media, whether written or oral, must be true and accurate.

4. User Responsibilities and Agreements

  • Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and true information about their personal files.
  • The user is solely responsible for the nature of the payments made on his account, whether wrong or suspicious, and 7alaqah will not bear any responsibility for any payment that must be returned to its source.

5. Prohibited use

YOU AGREE THAT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE PROHIBITED USE AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT SUSPENDING OR CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF 7ALAQAH FEES; or legal follow up Misuse of System Resources: Intentional misuse of system resources, including but not limited to the use of programs that consume excessive network capacity, CPU cycles, or disk I/O. Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks: Attempting to gain unauthorized and/or unlawful access to computers, networks and/or accounts not belonging to the party seeking access. Any action that interferes with the services of another user or network. Any act related to circumventing security measures. 7ALAQAH and its services may only be used for lawful purposes. The transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data, or materials in violation of United States, state, common or common law laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. The 7ALAQAH Services may not be used to facilitate the violation of these laws in any way. Other activities deemed illegal or harmful: Engaging in illegal activities or engaging in activities harmful to 7ALAQAH's customer operations. Making false statements in any contract or application: including fraudulent use of credit card numbers.

6. Billing and Payment

You agree that 7alaqah is permitted to charge your credit card on a monthly, annual or other pre-agreed basis prior to the provision of the Services. Payment is due upon invoicing. Service may be suspended on accounts that are past due for 10 days. Accounts that cannot be collected by 7alaqah may be turned over to an external collection agency for collection.

Subscriber understands that 7alaqah may in the future change the prices and fees specified from time to time.

7alaqah is not responsible for any additional bank charges, interest charges, finance charges, surcharges, or other charges arising from fees charged by 7alaqah. Currency exchange settlement will be based on agreements between you and your credit card provider. No split credits will be issued for unused services when the customer maintains any active service.

7. Support limitations

7alaqah provides technical support to our subscribers via our email support system.

8. Cancellation or Suspension of the Account

7alaqah reserves the right to suspend organization access to any Customer if the Customer's organization, in the sole discretion of 7alaqah Administrators, is the source or target of a violation of any other Terms of Service or for any other reason by 7alaqah chooses Forge. 7alaqah will take reasonable care to notify the customer and resolve the issue in a manner that results in the least amount of service interference. 7alaqah reserves the right to terminate the Service without notice due to persistent and repeated violations of the Terms of Service. If inappropriate activity is detected, all relevant customer accounts will be deactivated until the investigation is complete. Prior notification to the customer is not confirmed. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. No credit will be credited to the customer for the time the customer's devices have been turned off.

If at any time it is necessary for 7alaqah to cancel customer service without reason, 7alaqah will provide 10 days prior notice.

You can cancel the service at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link located in the "Organizations" page of the 7alaqah web application, then open "Subscriptions" page. Cancellation of the service does not absolve the subscriber from the responsibility to pay all fees due.

9. Terms Updates

You agree that 7alaqah may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service, by email, postal mail, or postings on the 7alaqah Services.

10. Force Majeure Conditions

7alaqah will not be liable for any loss or delay due to fire, natural disaster, banking system failure, power outage, telecommunications problems, wars, strikes, riots, terrorist attacks, or Affiliate bank failures, merchant failures or any accidents or events that 7alaqah has no control over.
